Tour guide
"I´m Jose. I´m passionate about History, gastronomy and travel....
…and I´m grateful to be able to share with you my experience as a historian, cook, traveller, explorer, anthropologist and archaeologist.
Since I was young, I have always been fascinated by history. I love immersing myself in the events of the past, discovering how civilisations developed and evolved over time. Researching the wars, cultures, people and places of the past fills me with excitement and inspires me to keep learning and sharing my knowledge with others.
But my love for history is not only limited to researching in books, I also like to discover it through gastronomy. As a passionate cook, I enjoy exploring traditional recipes from different cultures and countries. I believe that food is a fundamental part of a society’s history, as it reflects its traditions, customs and ways of life. I love researching the ingredients, cooking techniques and stories behind traditional dishes. Preparing and tasting these dishes allows me to experience a piece of history in my own kitchen.
Come with me on this freetour foodlovers Cordoba, to learn about the history and gastronomy of my city. You are welcome!»
